Work with regional and functional teams to drive quality improvements in Power Generation Services using Continuous Improvement methodologies that result in an improved customer experience and operational improvements for the business while leading a cross-functional team in Field Services, Repairs, Parts to execute the establishment and measurement of customer facing metrics.

Responsible for a portfolio of $146M in power generation services business that include FieldServices, New Unit Installations, Repair Services and New Part Sales segments, focusing onperformance, profitability, and growth with a team of 4 directs and 25+ indirect reports coveringseveral areas. Lead the entire cycle with the client: sales, negotiations, proposals and execution.

• In charge of coordinating and providing the complete arrange of GE’s Power Generation Services forour Regional Fleet of GE and Non-GE turbines and auxiliary equipment. Services include;technical advisors, parts procurement, and service shop repairs, among others.• Identify new business opportunity by constantly interacting with our customers and find new solutionsto help them with their ever changing services and upgrade needs.• Manage and develop field engineers to constantly provide the best possible service for ourcustomers.

• Responsible for the identification and development of productivity improvement projects for themaintenance of power plant equipment, Train Field Engineers and Customers in the Lean Six-SigmaOptimization process focused to the services business.• Lead Lean Six-Sigma workouts to target specific business processes and remove non-value addedactivities to streamline operations.• Set yearly regional productivity goals for future maintenance projects.• Drive and implement industry-wide best practices in the power plant equipment maintenance

Service and Install GE-manufactured and non-GE-manufactured power generation equipment. Includingscheduled maintenance, retrofits, and upgrades. Responsibilities included: Technical Advisor, Site Lead TA/Project Coordinator for both Steam and Gas Turbine Projects.
