Responsible for daily operation of this American franchised hotel; meeting with potential vendors, monitor quality control in multiple departments, handling all guest situations accordingly, servicing food and beverage department fully in conjunction with AGM duties, organizing functions large and small both indoors and outdoors.I was the first manager to cater for the 350 capacity hall which was recently launched in February 2015. I pushed the limits to accommodate 400 PAX without any issues which was a great marketing opportunity for the hotel. Operating outdoor catering services for notable customers like NNPC in Nigeria, North South Power, Urban Shelter amongst others VIP clients.
