 Contractor management for regional infra operational issues & site refueling and maintenance.  Active co-ordination with contractors for timely refueling and Preventive Maintenance of Diesel Generators Supervision of Contractor and Field teams through routine corrective maintenance of all infra systems through. Regular reviews with 3rd Party vendors/Contractor for power and infra systems. Management of Spares Inventory and tracking utilization and turnover of spares replacements in site installations in regions around the country. Coordinating regular trainings on equipment and maintenance processes of Contractor and Field teams. Scheduling of site power upgrades & grid installations on site infrastructure for Airtel Zambia. Interfacing infrastructure maintenance resolution between Contractor and NOKIA/Airtel management. Attending and clearing faults on infrastructure with field & contractor support. Collation of grid-power utility bills to prevent power connectivity disruptions at sites. Escalation of major infrastructure failures in line with laid down escalation procedures. Handling and follow up troubleshooting of site infra-structure problems between suppliers and NOKIA Engineers. Analyze problems and escalate to responsible line managers for resolution. Responsible for computation of Weekly Infra Status reports. Operational Safety Health – ensuring contractor and field teams adhere to safety precautions while working at sites.
