I started my professional career halfway through my university studies at the Mexico-United States Foundation for Science (FUMEC), where we helped companies, researchers, and entrepreneurs develop their business ideas internationally. Through the TECHBA business incubator and accelerator, these ideas were developed in Silicon Valley and later brought to Mexico as international companies. This experience gave me a disruptive and close understanding of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Mexico, achieving alliances with INADEM (National Institute of the Entrepreneur) and the Ministry of Economy at that time. This allowed me to position myself as a reference with startups in Mexico, working in companies like Blacktrust (a company that conducted trust evaluations for Uber drivers), Runa (a company that developed a payroll and HR SaaS), and Konfío (one of the first fintechs in Mexico and one of the first five unicorns in Mexican entrepreneurship).In my most recent professional experiences, I have led commercial and customer success teams in international companies like Pulpo and Auronix, where I helped grow enterprise accounts—the most important accounts in terms of billing amounts. This has allowed me to further develop my skills in strategic planning, team leadership, and customer relationship management.
