Regulate the payment of installers according to company policy. Ensure discounts allowed to agents and commissions for all marketing staff are in line with company policies. Ensure daily banking of all takings and bank reconciliations at month end. Control and direct activities of Cashier and finance and stores Officers. Responsible for costing and pricing of company products including sheets, accessories, trusses, doors etc taking into consideration CIF and industry standards. Preparation of monthly payroll and ensure payment of staff salaries to bank and all statutory obligations including VAT, WHT, PAYE, SSNIT, Corporate taxes etc. Tracking the issue and use of coils and reconciling parking list with coils received and issued to production. Ensuring that sheets produced and delivered corresponds to waybill information. Responsible for coming up with policies that will help the company to grow in all its operational areas including operations, administration, HR, Marketing, estimation, agents etc.
