PMO:- Active monitoring of portfolio progress, risk analyses, identifies potential problems, performs and implements control mechanisms to ensure compliance with objectives and deadlines. Define and propose priorities for the successful completion of various tasks (business, technical).In addition to the first missionWorkforce:Manage resources across the entire department, in-house and subcontracted, to optimize portfolio allocations. Forecast dependencies between each release and organize resources according to location (onshore, near or offshore).

Project management - Define medium- or long-term objectives and major actions leading to project completion (reviews, risks, etc.).- Monitoring contractual elements and the financial balance of projects: (Compliance with cost, resource, deadline and project quality imperatives).- Proactive in managing deviations and anticipating actions (project drift in functional, technical, deadline or cost terms).- Manage project resources to optimize delivery in line with individual objectives.- Supervise project managers and monitor dashboards and reporting,- Internal and external (customer) reporting
