Validation plan handled both by PSA and the JV- HMI evaluation on projects and provide Chinese specificities to global PSA HMI plateau- benchmark activities for China R&D- Mass management in project in order to reach target in term of fuel consumption - regulation application on vehicle projects for Asia market- handle a Chinese design referential to respect on projects (focus on Chinese market specificities compare to Europe)- manage cars fleets for validation of new systems and 8 cars running all around China in order to understand the way Chinese drivers use their cars

1- Project Engineer on Squeak and Rattle / vehicle aging (sunshine,freeze,…) / water tightness / dust resistance and Corrosion for vehicle projects  Integration of the recommendations of the DC (folder of design) in the files of consultations suppliers (PSA feedback, good practices of the competition) Taking into account the actions led on the transverse parts  Taking into account the unavoidable definitions / conception rules Using feedback for future innovation Drawing up and managing the achievement of the validation plan for all the fields2- Project « DIAGNOSTICABILITE » : The aim of this project is to reduce costs linked to useless interventions of the after-sales service by setting out diagnostic book and assisting them by analysing customer’s claims. Involvement with after-sales department and other acoustic services (NVH, powertrain, …) : Proposal of a form for after-sales receptionist in order to describe precisely the noise and the way it appears to help to focus on the potential defects. In the field of seats (squeak and rattle), drafting of documents that describe systematic work order which has to be done before doing any kind of seats’ teardown. For each new marketing of vehicle, creation of a new deliverable: file with description of potential squeak and rattle that can be critized by customers and proposal of a solution to solve it.
