Current- Managing accommodation for Air France and HOP! crew (pilots and crew members)
- Negotiating with hotels and ground transport companies, communicating wake up calls and pickup times amendments
- Reporting to the client onsite: decision making, mediation, carrying API's values, BtoB customer service
- Training new agents based in the US or onsite
- Strong ability to work under pressure: flight diversions, last minute taxi strike, complaints from client's union...
