I am a geologist with years of working experience as a Geologist/Quality Control officer at Sterling Oil Exploration and Energy Service Cooperation Limited. Over the years, I have acquired knowledge in geological map production and interpretation, environmental modelling, seismic data acquisition, processing and interpretation, quality control and processing, safety and project planning. I have enjoyed the field work of my degree immensely and I am keen to work in diverse and remote locations. Having completed a variety of exploration projects in the field, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of geological mapping and the collection of field data, couple with the ability to interpret this data and write detailed reports. This has fastened a keen interest in all aspects of mining and resources processes, including open pit and underground investigations, drilling and exploration design. Skills include a good working knowledge of programs such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Surfer, Ilwis, Google Earth, Erdas Imagery, CorelDraw and the MS office suite. I work well as a member of a team but am also confident in assuming responsibility for task autonomously. Through my previous work experience, I have gained excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to solve problems and handle challenging situation.My observational and analytical skills coupled with good team player skill and my ability to arouse enthusiasm among friends and colleagues, will profit the company I am privilege to work with exceedingly in executing its works with zero error.
