I am a certified Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Product Owner with over nine years of experience in leading and delivering complex technology projects for global accounts and clients. I worked in different companies, a leading provider of digital transformation solutions and services, where I managed several types of infrastructure projects, ranging from networking, storage to cloud migrations, software development and more.In addition to my project management skills, I have a strong background in teaching and mentoring, having been a professor at ULACIT, a prestigious university in Costa Rica. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience in the use of technology and Cisco education, and I have a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology and several relevant certifications, such as Six Sigma, ITIL, Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner. I am fluent in English and Spanish, and I have excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
