I worked at Perfect Business Center Nasarawa from March 2013 - September 2014 where I do Microsoft office packages operation including typing and printing, graphic design, and sales of soft drinks and snacks and also recharge card and scratch card.My working there helps me to learned managerial skills, customer relation skills, designing skills and others.In June 2017, I started working with Center For Social and Community Empowerment Initiative (CSCEI) Nasarawa where I worked as the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (M&E) where I learnt more about database management, reporting skills, monitoring and evaluation strategies and trackings of data. I really learnt about resilience and adaptability because our implementing partner frequently brings changes either on the templates we used in reporting or on program activities. I also learned more about team work because as the M&E Officer you work with every unit/section of the project to collect, collate, analyze data and transmit it into a database.I learnt about NOMIS (National OVC Management Information System), it's the standard software we used for inputting data, analyzing and reporting.Other skills acquired are communication skills, presentation, ability to proferred solution to problem.I also work with Child Education and Community Development Initiative (CECDI) as a volunteer presently where I carry out assessment and identify vulnerable households to enroll into OVC project under achieve project.
