Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing dutie- Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works- Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system- Assist in managing and following up oversea orders- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery- Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.- Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned

- Assisting the logistic manager (acting commercial manager). - Contingency to Superintendent of Import and Export - supervising the whole purchasing system. -make sure that all orders are placed on the right supplier at the right moment - make purchase analysis among suppliers (on price, delivery time…) - prepare and submit all reports concerning orders (outstanding orders, back orders…) Co-ordinate the distribution and collection of quotations from suppliers, for direct and stock re-orders purchases  Make supplier order selections based on urgency, quotations received and previous experience  Check and approve orders raised and ensure they are received by suppliers  Follow up on orders placed and to liaise with forwarders/clearing agents to ensure timely delivery manage existing and establish new forward purchasing agreements Comply with laid down procedures regarding selection of suppliers and administration of documentation -Decision maker on every order -making follow up on deliveries. -Liaise with stores on reorder reports.
