- Define project objectives by analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality - Works closely with developers and end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction- Ensure that project initiatives and tasks are prioritized and are being executed in accordance to project schedules and technical best practices. - Monitor ticket queues to make sure work is not sitting unassigned or staying at an in-progress state for times that violate SLAs. - Enforce development standards and develop/recommend tools to enforce coding best practice- ensure that software are designed inline with industry's best practices and that they meet user's requirement- Assists in the estimation and assessment of the feasibility of solutions for projects.

During my time at Cweb technologies, as a developer, my job role includes• Developing modules of web applications, which where later integrated to the whole projects• Writing and documenting technical specifications for features of system design for further reference.• Ensured that all users input are validated and sanitized to prevent SQL injection• Identifying and implementing improvements for the code and software quality.• Overseeing the overall design, coding, testing and debugging of applications before they are deployed• Providing post deployment maintenance for software along side other developers.
