I am currently a Management Trainee at Lovell Partnerships, studying at Birmingham City University, where I am pursuing an HNC in Construction and a BSc in Quantity Surveying. My role is a rotational apprenticeship that covers various departments, including Pre-Construction & Land, Estimating, Buying, Commercial, Refurbishment, and New Build Site Operations. Outside of construction, I am an ambitious entrepreneur and was previously a Head Bartender. I have a BTEC Level 3 Engineering Extended Diploma from Walsall College, which has fueled my desire to soon create my own construction business. I am documenting my journey from the ground up, providing an unfiltered view of my experiences. As an apprentice, I am particularly passionate about sharing my challenges and triumphs to inspire others, promote diversity in the industry, and eventually establish my own construction business.
