As a neighbourhood manager I am responsible for a patch containing approximately 700 properties. I manage both the tenancy related issues as well as the estate services contracts for said properties within the borough of Haringey. This involves but is not limited to signing up tenants, addressing Anti social behaviour matters, attending court to address matters in the housing associations interest. Finally I work with the development department during the process of building and setting up newly acquired properties. This includes snagging, identifying defects. Ensuring fitness for purpose and housing management requirements are satisfied to ensure a smooth transition when renting or selling said properties.As a fraud officer I investigate cases including but not limited to the sublet of social properties, fraudulent right to buy claims, and the illegal sublet of leasehold properties. This requires desktop investigations into financial information as well as liaising with local authority bodies to ensure the success of legal actions in such matters..

Providing advice in accordance with the citizen advice bureau code. Advice areas covered included debt management, welfare benefits, housing and employment advise. This included attendance in tribunals and county courts.
