In my last years in gastronomy I was able to lead work teams of up to 25 people. Where thanks to the hard collective work we were able to increase sales by 40% for the company. In addition, my functions required constant use of excel and other tools to analyze data, costs and stock. This allowed us to reduce the consumption of raw material in many inputs. This job has given me the ability to lead high performance teams, improve my skills in effective communication, administration and logistics.
