HOME ICD is a not-for-profit organization with an international scope. The organization focuses its efforts towards humanitarian, social, and cultural work through its network and volunteers. As an Assistant Program Manager, I collaborated with midsize enterprises & academic organizations for the development of communities through exchange programs with international organizations in their global network. We worked rigorously in the communities served to help overcome social, political, and cultural barriers.Projects included: • Bolstering Director of Operation’s agenda of rigorously cultivating partnerships with staff members at academic organizations in order to help drive volunteer numbers for our programs in Dominican Republic & Costa Rica.• Managing relationship between site stakeholders and volunteers in Dominican Rep. to insure project fulfillment and on time completion.

Developed, led, and continuously improved growth numbers for the company’s commercial solutions division and across a large mid-Atlantic territory. I held responsibility for making all territory sales strategy decisions, traveled across the region to engage with clients in various segments to secure recurring business, and transformed relationships with major local distributor partners to further boost sales output, brand awareness, and market share. During my tenure, I received numerous sales awards, was a Presidents Club trip recipient, and generated a 30% increase in total revenue across a key distributor account while securing wins in the education, healthcare, and building contractor segments.
