- Rich experience in debt resolution mechanisms including the Insolvency Resolution framework (IBC 2016) and other resolution modes such as restructuring, settlements, assignments and legal routes such as SARFAESI, DRT etc.- Facilitated (directly & indirectly) recovery of more than Rs.1000 crore (approx. USD 120 million) till date out of Non-Performing Assets (NPAs)/stressed assets/unquoted equity investments through insolvency resolutions, settlements, restructuring and enforcement of securities through legal routes.- Presently dealing with NPAs & stressed assets worth Rs.5000 crore (approx. USD 600 million), carrying out recovery efforts through various debt resolution mechanisms as well as through legal routes to maximise the recoveries.

- Headed the business development/new business creation vertical at Hyderabad & Kochi Regional Offices.- Appraised proposals for sanction of financial assistance to the tune of Rs.3400 crore (approx. USD 440 million) through general corporate lending & structured finance routes to mid/large corporates and infrastructure projects- Created income generating financial assets of around Rs.1750 crore (approx. USD 225 million) post credit appraisals, with less than 3% slippage over a period of 7 years, across sectors such as Manufacturing (Cement, Chemicals, Sugar), Renewable Power (Solar & Wind), Power Transmission, Real Estate, Hospitals etc.- Facilitated generation of more than Rs.500 crore (approx. USD 65 million) net income out of financial assets created, as also facilitated generation of additional aggregate income of approx. Rs.14 crore, including the fee income as well as through other advisory services provided to government bodies/corporates- Effectively monitored financial assets worth more than Rs.5000 crore (approx. USD 650 million), while maintaining credit quality ensuring minimum slippages across multiple geographies, which also ensured the steady flow of income

- Management Consulting - Reported to VP & MD, MA India; Executed a feasibility and strategic study on expected growth & evolution of Indian Supply Chain Solutions market in context of organized retail and Third Party Logistics (3PL) supply chains, one of the focus areas for the company.

- Single Point-Of-Contact for the team of 30 during ‘One Roof’, Project Integration phase, at Philips Belgium- Represented the 30 member team based at India, in International Change Control Boards (dealing with software development & integration, involving multiple departments) within Philips Innovation Displays division- Mentored new employees in Software Configuration Management for multiple projects - Played significant role in teams responsible for development & maintenance of Application module, along with integration of other modules and testing of customer use cases in Hard Disk Recorder & Digital TV product software
