Hi there,I'm here to advise companies and agencies and lead some of their projects, thanks to my entrepreneurial experience in business consultancy, strategy and digital transformation, marketing, management and production and training.I have been an entrepreneur for 13 years now and have 20 years of cumulative experience in communications, marketing and digital.For the last 13 years, I have been building my own agency, Uzful, with my partner and friend Gilles Reeb. This has allowed me to meet, recruit, train and work with dozens of incredible talents (both in-house and suppliers) who have also taught me a great deal. I've worked with clients of all sizes, from FR to international companies and beautiful brands, on strategic projects that were sometimes innovative, sometimes ambitious, often complicated and even hard to achieve.In the early years, we were also lucky enough to co-found MakeICI with Nicolard & Christine Bard. I also taught, judged Gobelins, brewed beer and did many other things.Finally, at the end of the Covid-19 period, so rich in disruptions at all levels, this adventure came to an unhappy end in court in March 2023. An incredibly difficult final experience, but undoubtedly one of the most important for me.Over the last few semesters, I've finally been able to explore, both professionally and as a volunteer trainer, subjects that have been close to my heart for years: - Digital literacy/reducing the digital divide and the challenges of the French and international web3.- Innovative business management (in the sense that any entrepreneurial project is a ‘business’, for example an association).- cutting-edge web3 and AI products, their market fit and how they match the needs expressed in my network.I remain an enthusiastic jack-of-all-trades, a tireless inquirer, an idealist-realist, an ecologist-realist.Best regards,Emmanuel.
