As a Business Analyst graduate from St. Lawrence College, I am deeply passionate about leveraging data to solve real-world business challenges. My journey into business analytics began while working at Cedarsun Solar, where I witnessed firsthand the power of data to transform strategy. When I joined, the company faced a tough environment, with high inflation impacting revenue and businesses struggling to keep customers. By digging into our data, we discovered key insights that helped us identify areas to focus on, refine our customer engagement strategy, and ultimately drive better results. This experience solidified my decision to pursue a career in business analytics, recognizing how meaningful data can guide decisions and fuel business growth, even in uncertain times.I’ve developed strong technical skills in programming languages like Python and R, which help me dive deep into data analysis. I’m also proficient in visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI, allowing me to transform complex data into clear, actionable visuals that communicate insights effectively. My expertise in Microsoft 365 applications further supports my collaborative skills, making me a valuable asset to any team aiming for efficient workflows and data-backed solutions. Outside of work, I stay active by running and playing football, and I'm a die-hard Manchester United fan and love diving into all things football. I also enjoy strategic thinking in other ways—whether it's playing games or watching a great detective movie.
