Information Technology Specialist
Current Provide first-hand support to Staff of the Council on ICT-related matters. Configures, troubleshoot and maintain Cisco and Linksys IP Telephone in various Departments of the Council. Administers, Configures, and troubleshoots Cisco routers and Switches at various Racks points in the Council. Manages User and Computer Accounts both in Active Directory and Local Workgroup. Performs Data cleaning on Excel and helps resolve issues relating to Excel Organizes Different Virtual Meetings in the Council, including Microsoft Teams, Zooms, Goto-Meeting, and others. Performs Cloud Backup from various Cloud Storage Mediums like One Drive, Google Drive, SharePoint, and iCloud. Etc. Deploys, Update, and Maintain ICT Devices and infrastructure in the Council. Takes inventory of any related ICT equipment and Offers suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the Council. Resolves Technical Issues that Arise from LAN, Computers, and other devices. Upgrades, Configures, and Deploys Access points at various locations in the Council. Assists with installing new Hardware (printers, scanners, photocopiers, UPS, etc.) and Software and helps train Employees of the Council on its usage. Performs file backup and Data Disaster Recovery on various Computers in the Council.
