My position at MAJORITY was a Commercial Manager which allowed me to play a role in all of the firms growth related activities. My primary responsibilities were to be the owner of the overall customer proposition, as well as analyse customer and market insights in order to propose new strategic moves for the company. During my time at MAJORITY I was involved in a number of projects. Some of my key contributions were;- Developed and oversaw the 2020 Sales plan which reached the 100% EOY company target for paying monthly subscribers.- Conducted the largest customer research project in Rebtel/MAJORITY history accumulating real Insights from over 3000 users across 8 different market segments.- Headed the Community Amplification Project which leveraged content from our physical community activation events as a means to help us achieve our commercial objectives across our digital channels.- Hosted weekly company wide update presentations as well as several stakeholder sync meetings across the organisation.- Key Commercial Responsible for the overall customer proposition and oversaw both Product and Marketing roadmaps items relating to this end user proposition- Head overseer of the Multi Channel Sales mix and was therefore responsible for managing both new user intake and customer acquisition cost targets at a company level

My position at Vodafone was a contractor role. As Corporate Transitions Co-ordinator I was entrusted to organise large scale corporate on-boarding activities for new Vodafone business clients. Primarily from the standpoint of offering a Specialised and Linear Vodafone transition experience to its corporate clients.During my time at Vodafone I was drafted in to oversee the 4 month transition at the UK Foreign and Commonwealth office. In addition to this I also participated in event days for Cushman and Wakefield, Mazars, Bouygues Construction, CLCH NHS and Barratt Homes
