Rewriting the Code is a non-profit organisation which supports and empowers students and early career women in tech, through intersectional communities, scholarships, mentorship, industry experience, educational resources and year-round events in collaboration with corporate partners to become the next generation of engineers and tech leaders.I will be volunteering with an amazing team of passionate women to craft and execute RTC's strategy for engaging with the community, as well as representing UK members at national events. Through effective management, we were able to grow 80 to over 300 employees in 2014.As part of a sourcing strategy to build early career strength, I launched the eHA internship program.
