• As a member of the IP Digital Team (i.e. the London-Geneva team in charge of the protection of the Company's trademarks on the Internet):o elaborate and manage the Company's Internet domain names database (gTLDs) o participate in the implementation of the Company's domain name strategy o participate in the registration of the Company's brands keywords to be protected in Google • Ensure that documents are produced quickly and accurately: contracts, letters, e-mails, tables, reports and presentations from precedents and/or from scratch • Manage hard copy filing, e-filing and the archiving and retrieval of documents • Responsible for visitors to the Department and recording and passing on of accurate messages • Diary management, including organizing meetings, appointments and conference calls • Coordinate and book travels and accommodation arrangements and relevant expenses • Conduct researches for lawyers • Assist with the creation of PowerPoint presentations and visuals • Maintain and update data within the contacts and digital databases • Payment and processing of invoices via the electronic SAP system • Produce monthly and quarterly financial and budget reports for four brands
