• Worked on a project commissioned by the UK Department of Health, aimed at establishing and mapping the global disease burden associated with antimicrobial resistance. • Managed a team of 15 students working on data extraction• In charge of extracting, validating, cleaning, geopositioning and modelling data from published literature, country surveys and surveillance data• Responsible for running geo-spatial models of the global prevalence of drug-resistant TB from 1995 – 2019. • Models used included generalised additive models (GAM), penalised regression models (elastic-net, ridge, lasso), random forest, cubist and neural-networks• Used Stata and R to perform data clean-up and analysis

I worked in Professor Paul MacAry's Lab in the NUS Immunology Programme. The aim of the project I worked on was to characterise the human T cell responses to Dengue virus in an adult cohort of Dengue patients. As part of this project I was in charge of processing all blood samples collected and running the experiments. The experimental techniques I used included ELISPOT, ELISA, intracellular staining and multicolour flow cytometry analysis.
