I am the proud co-founder of Seedlings. We are a team of senior professional coaches, consultants and facilitators, experienced in supporting the transformation of complex systems : we are reinventing the support pathway for the transition to a regenerative economy through a hybrid posture that blends coaching, consulting and expertise. Our core belief: refocus on humans and reconnect to the wisdom of living systems to initiate the profound transformation of leaders, their teams and their organizations.

We contribute to activate a shift in human awareness, to effect wider systemic changes in the world towards a truly regenerative future.As engaged leadership professionals (coaches, coaching psychologists, coaching supervisors, facilitators,...), our goal is to provide individuals, leaders and their teams with the agency to step into their leadership role as they engage fully with the ecological and social transition. We share resources, explore our practice, and hold dialogue in order to create the capacity to play our part in meeting the climate and ecological emergency.

As a start-up CEO, my goal was to shape the organization, transform concepts and ideas into meaningful ally engagement experiences, and kick-start the community. My main focus areas were building the brand and organizing its key offerings, managing the support teams and partners, launching the Leaders Circles, and delivering a successful 2021 Summit. Mission accomplished! Now the Regenerative Alliance is ready to grow into a thriving community of full-hearted allies that are stronger together in creating the regenerative economy.

My initial mission as CEO was to create the Quantis 2020 vision, to provide focus & alignment. This was the north star for Quantis’ transformation and growth over the next 5+ years, to become the catalyzer of bold sustainable change and to guide top organizations to shape, implement and communicate intelligent environmental sustainability solutions. This meant building a new multi-country organizational model that would harness the collective intelligence of the Quantis team’s talent through fluid hierarchies. Some of my proudest accomplishments: - Established new country branches in Germany, Italy and expanded presence in the US- Increased profitability and nearly tripled revenue to allow for greater innovation and impact- Built a strong and identifiable brand- Transformed Quantis into a recognized industry thought leader- Nurtured an environment for personal and professional development.

Soon after I was appointed as CEO, I was elected to Quantis’ Board of Directors. With fellow Directors, we set long-term goals, oversaw all aspects of management, supervised the accounting & financial controlling, and managed the General Assembly of Shareholders.

Attracted by the Quantis Spirit embodied by its scientific talent, I transitioned from the corporate world to consulting in order to have greater impact at scale. In this role, I was in charge of the French market, and grew the branch from a small team of great LCA analysts to the go-to partner in France for metrics-based sustainability.

I lead the interested parties to activate France's contribution to major environmental certification frameworks, such as EMS (ISO14001) and LCA (ISO14040 series).

I supported the diversity of international expertise (people from academia, various industries and public institutions) to define together the first building blocks of Water Footprint in LCA. Since then, WULCA delivered the renowned consensus-based AWARE methodology.
