Collective of seven photographers based in wellington.The Wellington Documentary Collective is a group of Wellington-based photographers who are passionate about documenting the world around them in new and innovative ways. As a group we meet monthly to view and critique our personal documentary work. This collaborative exhibition is a showcase of our individual photography projects.Made in Wellington includes a selection of images chosen by each photographer as a personal interpretation of the theme, 'Made in Wellington'. The brief wasinspired by European collectives that travel to cities around the world and document it as a group. Together our Collective aims to produce individual and group work on topical issues.Our goal is to create dynamic and compelling visual stories on social, cultural and environmental themes. We hope you enjoy our inaugural group exhibition which has been made, with heart and soul, in Wellington.
