• Elaborate and monitor the annual audit schedule;
• Develops the audit checklist to be used for each department audit (Maintenance, Operations, Planning, Aircraft);
• Conducts audits in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards;

• Manage initial approval and renewal of Civil Aviation Authorities (CAAs): writing supplements, follow and remedy non conformance (e.g.: FAA / ANAC / UAE)
• EASA Part 145 Internal Auditor - theoretical training followed in an EASA part 147 Training Organisation – perform, follow and closed internal audits and subcontractors audits for the Maintenance Organisation
• Ensure follow-up and monitor audit non conformities and corrective action plan from CAAs audits, customers audits and ensure good communication
• Implement and promote the Safety Management System (SMS) in the AMO: data collection, perform investigation for the maintenance events following the MEDA© model, perform risk analysis within the SMS Committee, write.
• Monitor and prepare EASA Part 66 aircraft maintenance licence records, manage and renew CRS certifying staff authorizations.
