I am a designer, researcher, and maker. I help organizations, corporations, and individuals confront complex challenges by developing solutions that harness the overlapping potential of science, design, art, and technology. My academic journey, spanning mathematics, computer science, geography, watershed management, and social research, has equipped me with a unique blend of insights that bridge the physical, natural, and social sciences. This diverse background not only provides me with a wealth of knowledge but also a broad perspective that informs my comprehensive, environmental, social, and governance programs. Over the past two decades, I have worked closely with communities across the Rocky Mountain region and various global locations to improve land and water management practices. My network of trusted relationships spans academic, non-profit, and corporate sectors, facilitating an exchange of knowledge across cultures and disciplines I draw from as I guide entities through systemic change. My current research is dedicated to the critical intersection between climate change, education, collective leadership, and First Nations' rights on a global scale. I am particularly interested in innovative digital technologies that can accelerate stakeholder, government, and industry efforts toward achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals across the Global South and North. Recently, I co-developed a partnership framework for integrating art and science, a tool that facilitates place-based initiatives for climate mitigation and resilience. Committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion across sectors, I actively support global organizations merging community-based women’s rights and environmental justice initiatives. In addition to my advocacy work, I also serve as a design consultant, specializing in developing biophilic (nature-based) spaces and products for outdoor gear companies and built environments.Growing up in the French countryside and now residing in rural Colorado, surrounded by abundant undeveloped public lands, I find purpose in promoting biological and cultural diversity. As the Pure Inspirations platform editor, I encourage these values through written, spiritual, and artistic expressions. As an avid cyclist, skier, and dirt biker, I delight in organizing expeditions in remote landscapes for emerging outdoor enthusiasts.
