Notos Com Holdings has a turnover of €150 mil. and currently employs 1450 people. It consists of 3 Business Units (Personal Care, Department Stores & Apparel-Retail & Wholesale). It owns 45 mono-brand or multi-brand retail stores in Greece. The Group also operates 4 notos department stores (in Athens, Piraeus, Thessaloniki and Kalamata) and 2 notos home department stores (in Athens). The position refers to Group Human Resources Director. Main accountabilities: Hands on experience in external recruiting and internal resourcing at local and regional levels, Personnel Induction (all levels), Planning & Coordination of training (Training needs analysis and planning, Optimum budget allocation, Coordination of training implementation, Training evaluation, Future training needs forecast), Planning and Implementation of HR Development Systems for personnel (Job Analysis, Performance Appraisal Systems, Reward Systems), Design and Implement Staff Development Plans, Design of Group Policies & Procedures Scheme, Action Plan for strengthening of Corporate Culture, Coordination of the development and updating of corporate Web site, Editing of Company's Newsletter, Planning of people events.

Provided HR services such as resourcing, staff development and training, performance management and remuneration, Internal auditing of HR policies and procedures, Coordination of expatriates issues.

Responsible for Planning-Coordination-Implementation of Personnel Training, Relations-Negotiations-Settlement of differences with the Trade Union, Activities for European Community Programs, Statistical analysis of personnel and payroll data, Job Descriptions, Participation in development of corporate Policies and Procedures Scheme, Personnel Medical Plan.
