At the Ghana Tech Lab, my role as an instructor and an excellent learner is to use my ability to simplify complex information to make it easy for my students and the beneficiaries to understand even if you are novice artists, some of these specific roles are;- Developing courses that will equip the students with important STEM abilities and mindsets, from programming to computational and design thinking through Graphics Design, Animation and Game development.- Train students on technical and creative topics in an open, upbeat, engaging manner.- Guide, challenge and coach students in creating quality work.- Communicate effectively and proactively with creative leads and the wider team responsible for the success of training programmes.- Assess student performance, work with them to improve, and provide feedback about their competence to the heads of departments. - Review student feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
