• Data maintenance using Advanced MS Excel, SAP, SharePoint, SIX Maps
• Provide various reports to Managers and Team Leaders for Production Planning and Staff Performance management

• Assist and respond to internal and external enquiries and/or complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Co-ordinate resource requirements to ensure staff are aligned to workload and mail volumes
• Ássist Day Operation’s with daily task as required
• Staff performance management
• Compliance with all current OH&S policies, procedures, processes, SOP’s and guidelines
• Assist with internal control checks
