My research focuses on the design of small active molecules that could be used as drugs using the so-called in silico techniques, encompassing core bioinformatics and Machine Learning tools like Biopython, Pfeature, CHEML webresource client, RDkit, Scikit-learn, Pandas, Seaborn, Matplotlib, Clustal X, Molecular Operating Environment (MOE), AutoDock Suite, Pymol, Pyrx, Visual Discovery and a host of other tools. My core expertise is in the area of molecular docking, virtual screening and building of machine learning models that can make predictions on the properties of (potential) drug molecules and biological systems.
