My duties at the Marriot require multiple responsibilities, my title is food runner which consists of delivering entrees from the kitchen to the correct tables. However, from time to time I work in different areas such as filling in for room service, or assisting the servers to provide a better dining experience.

I prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner trays to be delivered for the residents living on the floor I work on. Especially paying close attention to certain diets corresponding to each resident such as, making sure they receive pureed food, chopped food, nectar thick liquids, and any allergies that I should know about. As a bartender at the Vi, it was my duty to make sure I always had many wine glasses polished, my fridge to be always stocked with our selections of white wines, champagnes, and beers as well as red wines. During my shift I would also serve tables in the bar and prepare any mixed drink ordered by residents.
