As a master's student in biotechnology at Case Western Reserve University, I am passionate about applying scientific knowledge and skills to solve real-world problems and create positive impact.In addition to my academic pursuits, I have also gained valuable industry experience as a clinical research laboratory technician at Cleveland Clinic, where I perform various tests and analyses on biological samples, and as a ventures innovation intern at University Hospitals Ventures, where I supported managers and directors in evaluating partnership opportunities involving innovative technologies, processes, and service line improvements. Through these roles, I have developed strong competencies in market research, competitive analysis, due diligence, and data interpretation.My professional and personal motivations are shaped by my Ghanaian and Christian background, which instilled in me the values of persistence, diligence, service to others, and hard work. I am always eager to learn new skills and information, and to seek out opportunities that challenge me and allow me to grow.
