As an ICT Tutor at Sparkle Foundation, I'm dedicated to bridging the digital divide. Previously, I served as a Training Officer at Operapay, responsible for developing effective recruitment and retention strategies, as well as creating engaging, informative training programs for employees at all levels. In my role as an educator, I have also had the pleasure of serving as a Teaching Fellow with Teach for Nigeria, where I helped to develop innovative teaching methods and materials that have had a positive impact on learners in an underserved communities.As a product design intern at Stutern, I gained valuable experience in user experience (UX) design, identifying user needs and creating products that meet those needs in an intuitive and effective way.
