With the goal to be part of the transition from a fossil-dependent to fossil-independent society I decided to advance my Master degree in chemical engineering with a PhD in advanced biofuel production. My research is industry-oriented and close to application, which has resulted in a practical and cost-efficient mindset. To contribute to a fossil-independent society I believe my knowledge within pyrolysis bio-oils, experience in various characterization techniques and data analysis along with my strategic thinking, creative problem-solving and social skills in diverse settings will be a great asset. Expected PhD degree in 2025.
