I have been in administration for the past 10 years through different roles and various industries. From managing projects with a team of 11 plumbers, allocating work, arranging accommodation, meeting with clients to provide updates on the current projects, managing invoices, contacting customers to book appointments, scheduling work, data entry, creating reports, corresponding with various stakeholders. I have also advertised vacancies on social media, screened CVs and arranged interviews. This wide range of experience has prepared me for any administrative role.
