Event Workforce Manager
Current- Passionate about delivering extraordinary event experiences through the power of workforce delivery. Simultaneously planning and delivering temporary event workforce across the full calendar of Formula E events.Key.
- Planning the end-to-end workforce delivery for the full calendar of Formula E events across the globe (12 events in Season 10), including but not limited to:- Budget management- Design and roll-out of suitable.
- Managing the Formula E Workforce Team as well as sourcing and managing a team of local Workforce and Volunteer Managers in each race location.
- Event Experience department Accessibility & Customer Journey Lead
- Leading on Spectator Services policies and procedures, working with H&S, Security and Event Control Teams.Key Achievements:
