Elevate Rochester works with companies, nonprofit organizations, and professional firms to promote ethical business practices and celebrates them by the annual awarding of the ETHIE Award, which honors organizations that demonstrate high ethical standards.

The Overhead Alliance is the marketing arm to the Crane Manufacturers Association of America (CMAA), the Hoist Manufacturers Institute (HMI) and the Monorails Manufacturers Association (MMA) which provides information on the benefits of using overhead lifting technologies and safety.

• Designed and distributed weekly internal employee newsletters and monthly external newsletters, as well as maintained communication boards across multiple locations in the USA and Canada for staff communication• Worked closely with subject matter experts in Sales, Product Development, Software Engineering, IT and more to develop variety of content including technical writing for service manuals, case studies, scripts, and website content• Developed multi-part email messaging and templates to support numerous campaigns through Hubspot, Mailchimp, and Campaigner.
