I work with adults (persons over 18 years old) presenting with a range of issues, but with a particular focus on trauma and relationships. My core training is in integrative and transactional analysis, which basically means that I use techniques from several different types of therapy that I think are most suitable for the individual client.Counselling and psychotherapy sessions are available online and face-to-face from my office in Hull city centre, and I can work with clients on a short- and long-term basis depending on individual needs. I am committed to undertaking opportunities for Continued Professional Development, and have completed training for working with bereavement, an introduction to CBT, a certificate in working therapeutically with groups, and Mental Health First Aid (Adults - Two Day course).I am a certified Adult Mental Health First Aider, hold an Enhanced DBS check, and am fully insured.
