I have the overall responsibility for creating, planning, implementing, and integrating the company's strategic direction in developing bronID's AML/CTF (AML/CFT) products and services, including:- Developed and executed strategic direction for bronID's AML/CTF (AML/CFT) products and services, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and objectives.- Managed the day-to-day operations, overseeing employees, contractors, and resources while reporting directly to the Board and bronID's investors- Successfully raised capital from VCs and other investors. I further drove the company towards profitability and long-term sustainability.- Spearheaded the development and execution of AML/CTF programs for over 200 clients across diverse segments in the financial services industry, such as investment and trading, wealth management, digital assets (crypto), and fintechs (payments, virtual cards). I worked with clients in Australia, the US, Canada, the UK, China, Singapore, New Zealand, and Saudi Arabia.- Collaborated with third parties, regulators, and auditors to ensure compliance with applicable AML/CTF laws and regulations for the company's products and services.- Provided guidance to clients on AML/CTF regulatory requirements and effective utilization of our products for compliance, including liaising with third-party partners and assisting with due diligence questionnaires when necessary.- Conducted training for company staff, particularly KYC/AML Analysts, on relevant AML/CTF procedures to better support client needs.- Performed or have been part of over 100 AML/CTF audits of our clients. - Spoke at conferences, attended roundtable discussions and panels, and engaged with regulators and industry bodies on all things related to AML/CTF.

As a consultant for the "Municipal Strategies for Climate Change" project funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), I had the opportunity to make an impact in the fight against climate change. My role involved providing technical and governance solutions for climate change issues at the municipal and regional level, including software development, GHG emission estimation, financial modeling and economic impact assessment. I actively participated in capacity-building and coaching initiatives both locally and nationally, honing my skills as a leader and advocate for sustainability. It was a challenging and rewarding experience that allowed me to leverage my expertise and passion for environmentalism to make a real difference.

As a project expert at UNDP (United Nations Development Programme) and MoEPP, I was involved in comprehensive technical research and development efforts focused on climate change mitigation and adaptation in Macedonia, utilizing sophisticated models and data analysis techniques. I prepared the national greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory in accordance with the IPPC methodologies and offered input on strategies for meeting the national climate change mitigation objectives.As a trained auditor for the UNFCCC, I reviewed GHG emission reports submitted by other member countries. Additionally, I supported Macedonia's preparation for the Paris Agreement by calculating emission estimates tied to its commitments. Among my most significant contributions was the development of the EMI (Emission Monitoring in Industry) software tool, which is now a reporting instrument for the industrial sector in Macedonia. This tool, along with other software solutions, has enhanced environmental governance in the country.I also demonstrated strong leadership in cultivating and managing partnerships, as well as fostering networking initiatives with international, regional, and national development agencies across multilateral, bilateral, and other development sectors.

I was involved in developing and quality assurance of the company's flagship products. My responsibilities included testing software releases throughout the product development lifecycle and thoroughly analyzing the results. This process enabled me to offer insights and recommendations for addressing software issues and driving continuous enhancements to the software products the company developed.

I created a CommDTM simulation tool designed for use within the Fieldcare environment (FMP Frame, the company's product), which served as an asset for testing the FMP frame itself. The development of this tool was achieved using C++ and .NET technologies. Additionally, I conducted testing on real devices, assessing their performance and responses under various conditions and comparing them to the simulator I built.
