Master’s in Collaboration and Industrial Design

I co-led the virtual experience team for the Service Design Global Conference 2024 (SDGC24), overseeing the design and management of the Miro board, Online RingCentral streaming platform, and hosting Olohuone coffee chat sessions for 300+ online attendees. My responsibilities included:Research & Ideation: Conceptualising ideas for the virtual experience.Team Leadership: Co-leading a team of virtual experience volunteers.Project Management: Task distribution, coordination with other teams, and regular progress updates.Experience Design: Creating an engaging and smooth virtual experience.Co-Creation: Collaborating with various teams to execute the online experience.
