Working for the Bundaberg Regional Council for the NDRRA flood repair project, with a scope in excess of 3000 separate assets, 3 separate Traffic Control subcontractors and up to 75 different TC team leaders and in excess of 200 traffic controllers utilized during the life of the project. Developing and implementing inspection standards, forms, processes, and close out procedures. Developing and implementing live daily tracking of total sites(number of sites open, number of days open, location and stage of site). Development and implementation of forms, tracking procedures, close out of areas identified for improvement during inspections. Inspecting live sites and after care sites. Managing set out and collection of site signage. Managing site signage through the different stages of construction. Developing TGS’ for site specific road closures and detours. Developing generic TGS’ for active sites and after care sites. Developing and implementing forms and processes for signage stock take. Managing traffic inspections and compliance across up to 15 crews/day for shoulder clearing works, stabilization works, spray seal works, asphalt works and line marking works. Completing a weekly report to be submitted to project management team, head office, and the client. Liasing with the client in development of TGS’, management of areas identified for improvement.
