In my role at Street League, I operate a South London Academy, supporting and qualifying young people to get into employment or further training. Strengths in networking to create opportunities for young people to gain invaluable experience and skills, career coaching and designing and delivering engaging workshops that aim to build confidence, employability prospects and a growth mindset.  As Head of Menopause at Beattitude, I research, design and deliver the Menopause health and fitness programming, currently studying the in-depth knowledge required to ensure clients are given the best training, nutrition and support they need to thrive through each phase. I founded Phases female coaching in 2021 with optimal female performance is at the heart, taking a holistic approach to clients health. Phases is unique as it understands the hormonal ebbs and flows each female experiences. Nurturing a relationship with clients to ensure their fitness and nutrition works for, not against, them.
