During my years at Top Service I have gradually worked my way up to the position of Customer Development Director. My main aim is to uncover customers' changing needs so that the company's services can be tailored to meet those needs. Increasing the businesses exposure within our industry through internal and external marketing methods.

Working within telemarketing has given me an ideal customer service and sales background. After years of contacting consumers and businesses to complete surveys, generate leads and make appointments for sales reps I have gained a lot of experience within this field.
