• Mobilised team of five consultants to work closely with the fixed income sales force to ensure global Fixed Income and Equity clients could fulfil their obligations under EMIR. • Drove successful campaign which led to 90% of in scope clients classifying under the EMIR initiative, which allowed more advantageous risk weighted asset calculations under Basel III and resulted in optimised capital consumption across in scope products.• Established a knowledge hub which was the go-to place for EMIR and Dodd Frank queries across Fixed Income, Equities & Prime Brokerage.• Built and maintained reporting capabilities to provide senior management and regulators project progression and global compliance. Delivered a weekly digest of progress to business management.

• Worked collaboratively with the non-core interest rates trading desk to negotiate and execute unwinds of vanilla and exotic rates swaps through clearing packages, novations and trioptima cycles in order to meet Basel III CET1 capital ratio.• Project success lead to significant reduction in Risk Weighted Assets.• Demonstrated strong client relationship and negotiation skills when managing portfolio of 25 core clients, personally responsible for the success of 80% novated or cleared trades within assigned portfolio. • Built, automated and maintained management information dashboard for business management in Excel.• Responsible for ensuring risk was materially flat and all trades were correctly booked and priced for team of 10.

Learning to Horse Ride shortly before University, Polo is a passion in which I excelled quickly. I was elected into a committee role at the first opportunity. Whilst running the University Polo Club it was essential to balance leadership, motivation and performance. I motivated the club by demanding quality, commitment and effort in equal proportions whilst encouraging the development of individuals by building close relationships with each and every member. I was also responsible for the club finance regarding allocation of money and resources. My efforts were rewarded through the achievements of the club and its members – under my leadership the club gained its first win at national level (2012), followed by two other national level wins (2013). My achievements were recognised by the university by the award of half colours.
