In this position, I work with Interpreters at RIT to maintain and adjust their schedules. I answer phone calls and use the ASDS System to change class times, on calls, and cancel classes.

I take and submit clear, concise notes for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Students at RIT.

In this position, I collect the notes taken by Note Takers at RIT and upload them to the ASDS System using a scanner. I have to make sure the notes match up with the correct date and are uploaded correctly, then organize them alphabetically and file them away.

Assisted with marketing research. Created a social media posting calendar and suggestions for posts for Special Events on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Attended weekly marketing meetings and monthly social media team meetings. Compiled notes from meetings and provided research to help troubleshoot issues with social media. Developed customer experience surveys and presented results. Attended multiple events at the museum while live-posting content to Instagram and Instagram Stories.
