In this role, I create and manage a budget for each of the 9 executive members, and the organization as a whole to ensure profitability. I plan annual New York City externship trip by coordinating with our alumni advisor to provide exposure to Fortune 500 companies. I serve as the liaison between Women in Business and the ASA office to keep track of all our monetary contributions. I apply for funding for travel expenses with UPAC by submitting necessary paperwork and attending a hearing with UPAC. As a member of WIB's executive board, I mentor younger students by acting as a role model and providing academic coaching for WIB’s 300 members. I also work alongside seven other executive members and two faculty advisors to organize and run Women in Business.

I work under two professors and alongside four other teaching assistants to act as a resource for students enrolled in the course. As a TA, I hold average of 5 office hours per week to provide one-on-one tutoring to students by reviewing topics, homeworks and exams. I execute exam reviews to go over the topics on tested exams and prepare students by giving them several practice questions. I also grade student’s homework assignments by reading their responses, grading for accuracy and completion and leaving comments.

THON is a multi-million-dollar student-run philanthropy which raises money for children impacted by pediatric cancer. I manage three chairs and select lead a committee of four women who exemplify qualities of leadership, dedication, and selflessness. My main role is to negotiate proceeds with local businesses and corporations to plan and execute more than 30 fundraisers raising over $25,000 benefiting THON. As a member of WIB's executive board, I mentor younger students by acting as a role model and providing academic coaching for WIB’s 300 members. I also work alongside seven other executive members and two faculty advisors to organize and run Women in Business.

As the THON DR Chair for Women in Business, I managed a committee of five women who exemplified qualities of leadership, dedication, and selflessness. I coordinated more than 30 fundraisers including canning, canvassing, and business donations to raise more than $20,000. Finally, I administered fundraiser approval by THON and negotiated fundraiser proceeds with more than 50 local businesses.
