- Manage and motivate a team of 40 staff in conjunction with the Fitness Manager - Recruit and train staff to the high standards of performance expected, ensuring that good performance is praised and poor performance is aided and developed - Work closely with the sales team to design and implement effective promotional campaigns to attract new members, increase revenues and raise the profile of the facilities - Produce financial reports to monitor the profitability of the centre - Ensure all facilities operate within strict HASAW systems and procedures - Act as Members Contract Manager and hold billing solutions authority across the group

- Design and implement a marketing strategy to generate long-term sustainable revenues - Recruit, train and develop a team of 20 staff in all aspects of the business - Maintain compliance with all food hygiene and HASAW regulations - Monitor the financial performance of the business, always looking for more efficient ways of working - Ensure that outstanding customer service is delivered at all times - Organise one-off, bespoke, speciality events - Source suppliers, negotiate preferential rates and build strong long-term business relationships
